For this exercise I will attempt to describe, what I believe to be, on of the key users of my service. This user will most likely be older with a limited knowledge of current technology trends.  I assume this to be the case because, if successful, my firm will be allowing technology access to firms that may not have had the means to explore technology purchasing previously.  I believe this person to be female as director positions in non profits are predominately held by females.  Non profit directors also tend to have at least a bacholeor's degree so I would assume this person to be educated.  Because of certain traits non profit directors tend to have I believe this person will be active in their community in ways that go beyond their own organization.  As directors of nonprofits prepare for retirement they seek to make as many improvements to the firm as they possibly can.  Upgrading technology would certainly fall into this process.  This is how I came to target someone who is later in life

    

One of the major differences between this user and myself will be age and sex.  We will both want to see their firm succeed.  Those in non profit tend to display some of the same personal characteristics such as empathy and view that not all success has a monetary measure.  Anther commonality will be that we both operate non profit firms.
